"But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."  Philipians 4:19

In this line of scripture, we are told that God will provide for all of our 'need'.  The word 'need' is translated from the Greek word 'chreia' which means employment, business or lack.

It is obvious that the economic system employed by the world is subject to failure and as governments attempt to repair those systems, it is obvious that they don't plan well and move to quickly to find a viable method to accomplish this correction. But God has a better way and the evidence is seen in the historical record of mankind. When God is involve and men look to Him for direction, prosperity is abundant. By removing God from the equation, man has relegated himself to a process of failure. Gods' desire is for us to 'prosper and be in health, even as our souls prospers' (3 John 2). If we follow His instructions and counsel, we can succeed (Ps. 1).

We can prosper inspite of the financial turmoil this country and indeed the world finds itself. Christ told us that 'with man it is impossible, but with God all things are possible'(Matt 19:26, Mark 10:27). We can prosper by creating a godly environment of commerce and thereby create employment for those in need of work. This is an enormous undertaking, but nothing is to big for our God.

Working Together Ministries was formed to be part of the vehicle through which God will usher in His economic principles.  When we come together as one body, there are resources, there is power.  God wants His people to prosper.

We are here to not only lift the name of Jesus, but to encourage the community of believers to actively engage in commerce with Christian owned businesses in preference to secular enterprise whenever possible.  In our Business Directory  you will find a listing of Christian owned businesses waiting to serve you.  We encourage you to give these businesses an opportunity before looking elsewhere.
